Are you organized, diligent, and pay attention to detail? Are you a good listener and a worthy teacher? Do you like to learn, try things a different way, and collaborate with colleagues to find the best solutions to new challenges?
Do you want to work for a company that sees the law and your ability to practice it as a license to empower others? Maybe you’d like to regain some of that optimism you used to have before the cynicism of law school and practice wore you down.
Would you like to work in a place where work-life balance means that work should take up no more than half of your time, half of your energy, and be the cause of no more than half of your stress?
If that sounds like you, here’s what we’re looking for:
A strong candidate will have been practicing for 2-4 years in the areas of estate planning, trusts, and estates and is competent to practice independently, but prefers to work with a small team. An ideal candidate will also have experience in elder law and Medicaid planning.
An ideal candidate cherishes their relationships with clients and wants to grow with Cornerstone and take on a leadership role. They will thrive in a small team setting, with each team member complementing the others to achieve the best outcomes for clients and maximize their satisfaction throughout the process.
